We are looking for an experienced and Lead Generation Specialist to help drive our recruitment and business development efforts across global markets. This role is ideal for someone with a recruitment background in the iGaming industry, whether from a recruitment agency or an in-house recruitment team, who is ready to take ownership of lead generation for both candidates and clients.

You’ll be expected to work independently with a strong sales mindset, using AI tools, LinkedIn Recruiter Enterprise, and targeted outreach strategies to build a steady pipeline of quality leads.

Job Responsibilities:

• Proactively source and qualify both client and candidate leads within the iGaming, Crypto, and High-Risk Payment sectors across Asia, Europe, and LatAm
• Use AI-driven tools and LinkedIn Recruiter Enterprise to build scalable, high-quality pipelines of candidates and potential clients
• Conduct deep research into hiring trends, talent movement, and organizational structures to strategically identify key decision-makers and top-tier talent
• Craft personalized outreach messages and initiate conversations with both hiring managers and high-potential candidates
• Manage the full candidate sourcing process: market mapping, finding candidates, organise and put in project and handover to CEO/Recruiters
• Maintain and update lead and candidate tracking systems (CRM, spreadsheets, etc.), ensuring all data is clean, accurate, and actionable
• Collaborate closely with the CEO and team to seamlessly transition qualified candidates to recruiters and convert leads into active client partnerships
• Stay ahead of industry shifts and competitor activities to identify new sourcing strategies, markets, and hiring opportunities
• Represent SmartRecruitment.com’s brand and values through professional, consultative communication with both talent and clients

The Successful Candidate:

• Proven experience in recruitment within the iGaming industry is essential (agency or in-house)
• Strong track record in lead generation, business development, outbound sales
• Ideally with experience and/or interesting in using AI-driven sourcing and outreach tools
• Skilled in using LinkedIn Recruiter Enterprise for talent and client mapping
• Excellent communication and engagement skills
• Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a remote setup
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for lead tracking and analysis
• Fluency in English; other languages are a plus
