Mode of Work: Onsite
Work Days & Timings: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Base Salary Offered: PKR 75,000 – 90,000 + Performance Bonuses
We are looking for a proactive and research-oriented Lead Generation Specialist responsible for generating qualified B2B leads and supporting the sales team through strategic prospecting, market research, database building, and outreach initiatives. The role requires strong research skills, communication ability, and familiarity with lead sourcing tools and CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Research & Prospecting
- Research and identify potential apparel buyers, importers, distributors, and private-label brands.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, online directories, trade platforms, and cold outreach.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify emerging opportunities.
- Support the sales team in expanding business opportunities across international markets.
Outreach & Appointment Coordination
- Execute email outreach and follow-up campaigns to generate business opportunities.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings between prospects and the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and lead statuses within CRM systems.
- Build and maintain prospect databases and lead tracking systems.
Reporting & Sales Support
- Track lead generation KPIs and prepare weekly performance reports.
- Support sales pipeline development through accurate prospect qualification.
- Share market insights and prospect feedback with the sales/business development team.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, sales support, or business development.
- Experience in the textile or apparel manufacturing industry will be an advantage.
- Basic understanding of B2B sales processes and client prospecting.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong research and communication skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and lead sourcing platforms.
- Ability to build and manage prospect databases.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented personality.
- Ability to support sales teams through organized lead tracking and reporting.
