Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to support our marketing and sales efforts across multiple brands and campaigns. This role will focus on driving qualified leads and enquiries for our home loans, property investment sales, car loans, and online free-to-enter competitions through outbound outreach, lead qualification support, campaign coordination, and database management. The ideal candidate is organized, commercially aware, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where lead flow, follow-up, and conversion support are key priorities.


Key Responsibilities

Support lead generation activity across home loans, property investment sales, car loans, and online free-to-enter competitions

Assist with outbound lead generation through email, CRM outreach, database work, and related support activities

Identify, organize, and maintain lead lists and prospect data

Help qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria

Support campaign follow-up workflows to improve enquiry handling and response speed

Work closely with the marketing, CRM, and delivery teams to ensure leads are captured and routed correctly

Assist in tracking lead activity, campaign responses, and follow-up status

Keep CRM records updated and accurate to support reporting and sales visibility

Support the team in improving lead generation processes, handoffs, and follow-up consistency

Maintain visibility on progress, blockers, and support needs across active campaigns

Requirements

Experience in lead generation, sales support, customer outreach, or a similar role

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Good organizational skills and attention to detail

Comfortable working with CRMs, lead lists, and structured follow-up processes

Ability to work across multiple campaigns and priorities at once

Proactive mindset with good follow-through

Able to work collaboratively with marketing, CRM, and project teams

Preferred

Experience supporting financial services, property, automotive, or competition-based campaigns

Familiarity with GoHighLevel or similar CRM tools

Experience with lead qualification, follow-up coordination, or pipeline support

Experience in a fast-moving marketing or lead generation environment

Understanding of how campaign activity connects to enquiries and conversion
