We are searching for a Lead Generation Specialist to join our team with potential for personal growth and career opportunities.
This is an in-person role located in our Skopje office.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect, verify, and maintain data to consistently meet daily performance targets.
Generate and qualify leads to expand the sales funnel and increase lead quality.
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports to highlight progress and areas for improvement.
Work with account managers and marketing professionals to create engaging content tailored to the target audience.
Handle incoming enquiries from marketing campaigns and schedule sales calls for regional account managers.
Score leads to enable efficient follow-ups, supporting decision-making for marketing and sales teams.
Contribute to overarching marketing strategies to enhance the Marcus Evans brand.
Develop and strengthen the impact of each event in your portfolio.
Build a deep understanding of premium services to effectively address client enquiries and needs.
Ensure the timely completion of assigned tasks.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
1-2 years of marketing experience in a corporate environment is essential.
Bachelor’s degree and experience in Business Administration or Marketing are preferable.
Familiarity with databases, email marketing tools, and CRM platforms (such as HubSpot) is a strong advantage.
Strong content creation skills and experience using various tools would be preferred.
Attention to detail, exceptional communication and writing skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Must be a collaborative team player with a strong drive to meet personal business targets. We are looking for someone who can take ownership, lead initiatives, and passionately champion their own projects.
