We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Apollo, and a strong understanding of B2B lead generation processes.
Generate qualified leads using HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other platforms
Build and manage targeted prospect lists
Research companies and decision-makers to identify potential clients
Maintain accurate records of leads and activities in CRM (HubSpot)
Collaborate with the sales team to support pipeline growth
Run outbound campaigns (email/LinkedIn) and follow up with prospects
Meet weekly/monthly lead targets
Ensure data accuracy and cleanliness in CRM
1–2 years of proven experience in lead generation or inside sales
Strong working knowledge of HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Apollo
Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
Good research and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
