Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Apollo, and a strong understanding of B2B lead generation processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads using HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other platforms

  • Build and manage targeted prospect lists

  • Research companies and decision-makers to identify potential clients

  • Maintain accurate records of leads and activities in CRM (HubSpot)

  • Collaborate with the sales team to support pipeline growth

  • Run outbound campaigns (email/LinkedIn) and follow up with prospects

  • Meet weekly/monthly lead targets

  • Ensure data accuracy and cleanliness in CRM

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of proven experience in lead generation or inside sales

  • Strong working knowledge of HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Apollo

  • Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)

  • Good research and analytical skills

  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
