Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation Sales Specialist to drive outbound prospecting efforts and generate qualified sales opportunities within the U.S. BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector. The ideal candidate will have experience engaging senior decision-makers and promoting technology solutions and services.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute outbound prospecting campaigns through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach
• Identify and engage decision-makers within target organizations
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
• Schedule meetings and product discussions with prospective clients
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline updates
• Research prospects and market opportunities within the BFSI industry
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies
• Achieve and exceed lead generation and appointment-setting targets
Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or business development
• Experience selling IT services, SaaS, technology solutions, or digital transformation services
• Experience targeting U.S. BFSI clients is highly preferred
• Proven ability to engage CXOs and senior-level decision-makers
• Strong communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills
• Familiarity with cloud, AI, cybersecurity, data analytics, or related technology domains
• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Outreach, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms
• Comfortable working U.S. shifts and performance-driven environments
