Job Title: Remote Appointment Setter / Lead Generator

Hours: 9am - 5pm Melbourne Time (6am-2pm PHT)

A dynamic, results-driven agency specialising in growth marketing for businesses in the hospitality sector. Their mission is to help restaurants and food-service venues grow with measurable marketing strategies that deliver real business results (for example: more bookings, more diners, sustainable growth). They're looking to expand their outreach team so they can connect with more potential clients.
As an Appointment Setter / Lead Generator you will be the first point of contact between the agency and prospective clients. Your primary objective is to generate high-quality leads and book qualified appointments for the sales team. Youll engage with prospects via phone, email, and other outreach channels, qualify their interest and readiness, and schedule meetings.

Essential:
Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections professionally.
Desirable:
Some experience or understanding of digital marketing / agency services.
Experience working with hospitality or restaurant clients.
Familiarity with warm-to-cold outreach strategies (phone, email, LinkedIn).
Because of the nature of the role (remote contact with business decision-makers), applicants must have:
