Job Description

We’re a trusted UK cleaning company offering cleaning services. We’re looking for an energetic Lead Generation Executive to help build our sales pipeline and grow our client base.

The Role:
You’ll focus on generating and qualifying leads, initiating contact, and handing over warm opportunities for conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new leads through phone and email.

  • Maintain lead data and follow-up records.

  • Collaborate with the sales team on outreach strategies.

  • Help achieve monthly growth targets.

What We Offer:

  • R8,000 base salary + commission (OTE R25,000/month).

  • Remote position.

  • 40 days paid annual leave.

Requirements

  1. Minimum 2 years’ experience in telesales, lead generation, or direct sales with proven results.

  2. Professional English communication, both written and spoken.

  3. Able to work independently from a remote location.

  4. Strong people skills and problem-solving mindset.

  5. Calm and resilient under pressure, capable of handling objections.

  6. Consistently meets lead conversion and sales targets.

  7. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  8. Experienced with CRM systems to manage prospects and track progress.

  9. Reliable laptop/desktop with internet speed of at least 20mbps.
