Job Description

Enable lead generation campaigns by simplifying routing, measurement, and landing page quality assurance to improve conversion and learning. Help shape how lead generation happens at scale. In this role, you’ll empower campaign teams to launch with confidence by turning complex routing and measurement requirements into clear, repeatable best practices.

As a Lead Generation Enablement Strategist within Payments Marketing, you will help accelerate lead generation performance by enabling campaign teams to take full advantage of evolving form and routing capabilities. You will ensure campaign goals are met through strong partnerships with marketing technology, analytics, and web strategy teams. You’ll translate complex requirements into clear, repeatable standards that improve conversion, measurement readiness, and quality across lead generation programs and landing pages.

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject-matter expert on rules-based routing and handoff logic, helping teams navigate dependencies and avoid common implementation issues.
  • Unlock untapped growth by partnering with Marketing and Sales stakeholders to bring net-new lines of business into digital lead generation. Define qualification rules and routing levers, and translate requirements to product partners for implementation.
  • Reinforce lead generation measurement principles (KPIs, conversions, funnel integrity) in partnership with analytics and marketing technology stakeholders.
  • Partner with web strategy teams to ensure landing pages align with campaign intent and are set up to convert measurably.
  • Coordinate and/or perform pre-launch landing page and campaign QA to validate key conversion elements and tracking readiness.
  • Establish repeatable intake and execution workflows that improve speed to launch and reduce rework across teams.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, playbooks, and educational guides that translate complex requirements into clear, usable steps.
  • Facilitate stakeholder alignment across a matrixed organization, driving decisions and shared accountability.
  • Support governance and controls by ensuring work follows required approval processes and standards.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 5+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience in demand generation, lead generation, campaign operations, or marketing strategy.
  • Experience enabling or managing multichannel digital marketing programs across paid and owned channels.
  • Demonstrated ability to work within complex, rules-based workflows (routing, dependencies, handoffs, and implementation requirements).
  • Proficiency with common marketing tools (CRM, marketing automation, web analytics, and campaign performance reporting).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to diagnose issues, identify root causes, and recommend improvements.
  • Proven ability to gain stakeholder alignment and influence without direct authority in a matrixed environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including simplifying complex topics for non-expert audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality; comfortable operating in environments with approvals, governance, and controls.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in a regulated industry and/or a highly controlled marketing environment.
  • Experience supporting global or multi-region campaigns and stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of lead generation measurement fundamentals (conversion tracking concepts, KPI definitions, funnel performance, and reporting readiness).
  • Familiarity with landing page optimization and test-and-learn approaches (e.g., experimentation and conversion improvements).
  • Hands-on experience with CRMs and marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience with workflow/project tools and reporting/BI tools (e.g., Workfront, Jira, Tableau, or equivalents).
