Lead Generation & CRM Specialist

About the Position
ScaleUp is hiring for a client! We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation & CRM Specialist to play a key role in managing leads, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth execution of marketing and CRM processes. This role requires a blend of sales skills, technical tool management, and operational ownership.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Management
- Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, follow-ups, and nurturing
- Schedule and coordinate physical meetings/visits for the CEO with qualified prospects
- Conduct cold calling to generate new business opportunities
- Maintain consistent communication with leads to move them through the pipeline
CRM & Tools Management
- Manage and update the CRM system with accurate lead data and activity tracking
- Extract and organize contact data using tools like Resimpli or similar platforms
- Ensure proper lead segmentation, tagging, and lifecycle tracking
- Maintain data hygiene and regularly clean the CRM database
Marketing & Operations Support
- Oversee day-to-day marketing operations to ensure campaigns and workflows run smoothly
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation and follow-up processes
- Take ownership of execution and identify gaps in workflows
Research & Strategy
- Conduct online research to identify customer pain points, market trends, and new angles for outreach
- Suggest improvements in messaging, targeting, and outreach strategies
Reporting
- Prepare weekly performance reports
Requirements
Experience
- Minimum 2+ years in Sales, Lead Generation, and CRM Management
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Resimpli, HubSpot, or similar platforms
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven experience with cold calling and lead qualification
- Experience in real estate/property industry (preferred)
