Lead Generation Agent

Location: Bram Fischer Town, Johannesburg
Employment Type: Permanent
Salary: R3,000 – R6,000 basic per month (depending on experience and performance) + performance-based earning opportunities

Introduction

Our client is looking for enthusiastic Warm Lead Generation Agents to join their growing contact centre. This role focuses on engaging with warm prospects, identifying customer interest, and generating quality sales opportunities for the sales team.

Duties & Responsibilities

• 
  Contact warm leads provided by the business.
• 
  Qualify potential customers.
• 
  Gather customer information accurately.
• 
  Schedule appointments or transfer qualified leads to sales consultants.
• 
  Maintain accurate records on the CRM system.
• 
  Achieve daily productivity targets.

Minimum Requirements

• 
  Previous call centre experience preferred.
• 
  Excellent communication skills.
• 
  Confident and professional telephone manner.
• 
  Computer literate.
• 
  Strong customer engagement skills.
