Job Description

The Lead Function Leader – Service Parts ITR Fulfillment Oracle is accountable for supporting definition and delivery of the global system and process solutions for Parts Operations, with special focus on Parts Fulfillment across Inquiry to Order & Order to Remittance (ITR) in Oracle ERP.

This role partners with Commercial Operations, Services Regional and Global Operations, Projects & Engineered Solutions (P&ES), and Parts Fulfillment to ensure system and process solutions are data-driven, user-friendly, KPI-led and support the required service level to customers. The leader supports the Senior Parts ITR Fulfillment Function Leader to make sure that requirement settings, schedules, and operational milestones are completed on time—enabling real-time visibility, predictability, and performance management across the fulfillment lifecycle.

Essential Responsibilities

- Business Strategy & Vision Support Parts ITR Fulfillment Functional Leader to define and lead the global digital strategy for Services Parts ITR Fulfillment. Support transformation of traditional system setups into KPI-driven solutions that directly influence operational performance, cycle time, and on- time delivery.

- Process Harmonization & Operating Model Support standardization and simplification of service

parts fulfillment processes across ITR for all contractual types. Support establishment of an efficient fulfillment model, embedding Lean principles and enabling daily management within transactional systems—not outside of them. Embed Lean principles and daily management in partnership with Services Operations teams to eliminate non-value-added activities, improve predictability, and enable consistent execution across regions.

- Digital Roadmap Ownership Support the Oracle ERP functional roadmap development for ITR Fulfillment. Ensure scalable, governed solutions that enable real-time demand management and execution visibility.

- Primary programs in scope

o Parts Continuous Improvement & Sustainable Cost productivity programs (e.g. Parts order entry automation, date management, pricing compliance)

o One ERP Roadmap execution (e.g. ERP consolidation & optimization activities, future Cloud

ERP design)

o Parts Engineering collaboration support (e.g. PLM enterprise system migration, engineered parts demand automation, NCP and BOM/kitting capability expansion)

- Transformation Delivery Partnership: Serve as one of the primary functional counterparts to IT.

Support solution design blueprinting and shape delivery to ensure alignment with business priorities. Drive clarity on requirements, scope, and value-based prioritization.

- Change Leadership & Adoption: Support enterprise change management by aligning stakeholders, clarifying roles, and embedding new ways of working.

- People & Capability Leadership Establish strong functional governance, clear decision rights, and effective escalation mechanisms to enable speed and accountability. Build organizational capability to sustain transformation outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.

• Several years of additional years of experience in cross functional roles supporting Commercial, Supply Chain, Services Operations, Region Operations organizations

Desired Qualifications

- Proven experience leading service and operations across regions using Digital Technology.

- Strong background in process standardization, Lean, and operating model design.

- Functional expertise with GEV Applications specifically NEX, CPQ, Oracle Transportation

Management, ERP

- Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into scalable digital solutions in partnership with

IT.

The role functions as a key bridge between the business (Operations/Commercial) and IT. This gives it significant decision-making power in:

  • IT Partnership: It serves as the primary functional counterpart to IT, meaning it has the authority to represent the business’s needs, define the scope of technical projects, and ensure that IT deliverables align with business priorities.

  • Stakeholder Alignment: It is tasked with clarifying roles and establishing decision rights, which grants it the authority to mediate between competing operational interests (e.g., Services Regional vs. P&ES) to arrive at a unified process.
