Job Description

The Lead Functional Leader – Master Data & Intercompany Governance is accountable for defining, governing, and ensuring readiness of master data and intercompany commercial structures across the ISM transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Master Data Ownership & Governance: Support global master data domains including Install base, customers (external and intercompany) subscription to downstream, vendors with compliant TP setup, and reference hierarchies. Maintain standards, golden records, and lifecycle management aligned with Salesforce and ERP systems.
  • Data Readiness Across ITO → OTR: Execute and operationalize a data readiness framework that ensures all required master data is complete and validated prior to order booking and planning. Contribute to shifting from reactive validation to proactive data availability, reducing frontline delays and manual interventions.
  • Intercompany Commercial Data Management: Support the setup and lifecycle management of intercompany structures between ITR and OFS (including FieldCore and OSS). Ensure annual contract updates, billing configurations, and pricing structures are accurate, compliant, and fully integrated with ERP and Salesforce.
  • Process Simplification & NVA Reduction: Identify and help eliminate non-value-added activities related to master data creation, correction, and reconciliation. Support process standardization to reduce manual effort and improve cycle time for order initiation and planning.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Commercial, Finance, Regional Ops, and IT to support master data and intercompany structures that align with business needs, financial requirements, and system capabilities.
  • Governance & Quality Management: Support data governance forums, stewardship models, and quality metrics to ensure sustained data accuracy and ownership across regions.
  • Dashboards & Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards and metrics to track data quality, readiness, and progress across workstreams.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in cross functional operations supporting IT projects leading MDM.

Desired Characteristics

  • Experience supporting Master Data Management (MDM) and large-scale data transformation projects for ERP or Salesforce platforms.

  • Functional understanding of customer, intercompany, and vendor data domains.

  • Ability to partner with Data Lake / Analytics teams to support KPI continuity during system transitions.

  • Ability to engage with data, processes, and technology to identify practical, value-driven AI use cases within Salesforce enterprise.
