Team name: Corporate Systems

Corporate Systems & Automation team provides IT capabilities for Finance, People & Capability, Payroll and Property Management divisions of Kmart Group. It is a 45 member team globally of which 38 members are based out of India. The team in India was setup in July 2019 and has constants grown to add more capabilities and team members.

What you’ll be doing

  • Manage application support and ensure that application service levels provided meet agreed SLAs
  • Ensure adherence to technology standards and architectural principles
  • Produce functional and technical designs for new and existing applications adequately addressing business issues and meet IT expectations
  • Mature Agile ways of working within SuccessFactors quad
  • Help ensure high quality outcomes through efficient testing techniques

Desired qualification and work experience

  • 7 -12 years of experience in UKG Pro WFM project implementation experience in Retail or any other relevant industry.
  • Strong knowledge of WFD configuration, reporting, and data migration.Ability to understand Enterprise Bargaining Agreement and convert.
  • Broad knowledge of labour management, HCM, scheduling and leave management products.
  • UKG WFM Pro (Dimensions) certified is added advantage
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Technical Skills

  • UKG Dimensions (Time Keeping , Clocks , Accurals and Reporting)
  • UKG Dimensions (Advance Scheduling , Pay rules and Shifts)
  • Testing Process, Tools & Methodologies
  • Knowledge of Boomi Integrations , Enterprise Bargaining Agreements and Workbooks
  • Deep expertise in workforce management, compliance, Labor laws, and scheduling.
  • UKG Pro WFM
