Project Overview:
Lead Full-Stack Engineer responsible for building and scaling an internal workflow automation platform based on n8n.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain automated workflows integrating multiple systems and APIs
Build and scale workflow automation platform capabilities
Provide technical leadership while remaining hands-on in development
Support platform onboarding, customization, and adoption across teams
Partner with stakeholders within the Japan Recruit domain
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and business teams
Deliver scalable automation solutions that improve operational efficiency
Support long-term platform success and adoption
