Primary Responsibilities:

  • Review requirements and system analysis documents for completeness and translate them into clear technical tasks and designs
  • Contribute to design discussions and create documented designs following agreed upon patterns, standards, and best practices
  • Develop front end features using React (preferred), Angular, or TypeScript, ensuring responsive, scalable, and accessible UI components
  • Build and maintain back end services using Python (primary), FastAPI/Node.js, REST APIs, async processing, and secure API patterns
  • Integrate front end and back end systems with cloud hosted services across Azure, GCP, and AWS, following established deployment and configuration standards
  • Use Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and environment configuration practices to support reliable builds, deployments, and automation
  • Write clean, maintainable, and tested code; perform unit testing independently and support QE teams with defect fixes, deployment validations, and clarifications
  • Assist the QE team by promoting high quality code, helping with automation tests, and ensuring stable release readiness
  • Apply secure engineering practices including OAuth2, RBAC, session management, logging, and API security best practices
  • Demonstrate awareness of AI/ML integration by consuming inference APIs, understanding latency vs batch processing trade-offs, and working effectively with AI-enabled features
  • Use modern developer productivity tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) and adhere to proper source control workflows
  • Work with Deployment Leads and peer developers to support application deployments, environment readiness, and troubleshooting
  • Mentor junior developers when needed on coding standards, application knowledge, and best practices
  • Identify opportunities to fine-tune and optimize applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability
  • Communicate effectively with engineering peers, QE, and onshore teams to ensure alignment and smooth delivery
  • Ensure the delivery of all required technical artifacts for assigned work items and follow all company policies and directives
  • User Responsibilities:
    • Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation by streamlining workflows and automating repetitive tasks
    • Evaluate emerging trends to drive continuous improvement and strategic innovation
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • B.Tech / MCA / Msc / MTech (16+ years of formal education, Correspondence courses are not relevant)
  • 8+ years of experience working with Java/J2EE technologies in full stack development
  • Hands-on experience with Core Java/ J2ee (Spring, Hibernate, MVC)
  • Hands-on experience with any of the IDE (IntelliJ/Eclipse/RAD etc.)
  • Hands on experience with Rest based web services
  • Hands-on experience with Angular JS/Node JS/React JS
  • Hands-on experience with with SQL queries and MySQL experience
  • Experience in Web services- Restful
  • Experience in using Junit/Spock
  • Experience working with the CI/CD and DevOps goal/initiatives
  • Experience of working in a global environment
  • Experience on Eclipse/IntelliJ Idea and JBoss
  • Testing experience in JUnit/Spock/Groovy
  • Solid Java programming (JDK1.8) experience
  • Good working knowledge in SPRING Framework & Spring MVC
  • Sound knowledge of SDLC processes
  • Thorough understanding of Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) concepts
  • Very good in development of applications using Spring Core, Spring JDBC, Rest Web services & MySQL DB
  • Proficient in use of application servers preferably Jboss
  • Proven excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills
  • Proven excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven excellent attitude and self-motivated


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Jquery/JSP/HTML5/CSS
  • Experience working on Spring Boot, RabbitMQ & JBoss
  • Experience working on Microservices
  • Experience in Subversion, GIT & Maven
  • Experience of working in Agile environment
  • Experience of Code Quality Tools like Sonar, Checkstyle, Findbug
  • Experience of working on DevOps and related toolsets
  • Healthcare domain experience in Provider/Claim/Member
  • Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills
