Lead Full-Stack Engineer – AI Product Development

Location: Lahore / Karachi / Islamabad

Work Mode: Hybrid

About the Role

We are looking for a Lead Full-Stack Engineer with a strong product mindset and hands-on experience building AI-native applications. The role involves owning product areas end-to-end, from technical planning and development to testing, deployment, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Own features and product areas from scoping and technical specification to production delivery.
• Write technical plans/specifications before development and follow TDD and automated testing practices.
• Develop scalable backend services using Python, Flask, SQLAlchemy 2.0, PostgreSQL, Alembic, Pydantic v2, Celery, and Redis.
• Build modern frontend applications using React, TypeScript, Vite, TanStack Query, and Tailwind CSS.
• Work with Docker, AWS, CI/CD, and E2E testing.
• Use AI coding agents such as Claude Code or similar tools in daily development.
• Review and validate AI-generated code for quality, security, and correctness.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.
• Provide technical leadership while remaining hands-on with development.

Required Skills

• 7–10 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong full-stack development experience with Python/Flask and React/TypeScript.
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy 2.0, and REST APIs.
• Experience with Docker, AWS, CI/CD, automated testing, and TDD.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding agents / AI-assisted development.
• Strong problem-solving and product ownership mindset.

Nice to Have

• Experience with pgvector.
• Experience building LLM applications or AI/GenAI pipelines.
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS applications.
