This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer (10+ Years) based in India.
This is an opportunity to lead the development of scalable, secure, and cloud-native enterprise healthcare applications in a fully remote environment.
You will work across the full technology stack, combining modern frontend development with robust Java-based backend services.
The role offers broad ownership across architecture, development, integration, deployment, and production support.
You will collaborate closely with Product, QA, DevOps, and Business teams within an Agile/Scrum environment.
Your work will contribute to reliable, API-driven solutions designed to support complex enterprise workflows.
The position is well suited to an experienced engineer who enjoys solving challenging technical problems and driving high-quality software delivery.

Accountabilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications for enterprise environments.
- Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Develop and maintain backend microservices using Java 17+, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Spring Cloud.
- Design, implement, and integrate RESTful APIs and enterprise system integrations using REST, OpenAPI/Swagger, and JSON.
- Build and support cloud-native applications using Microsoft Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes, including Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
- Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and Business stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, technical troubleshooting, debugging, and production support.
- Apply sound engineering practices to deliver secure, maintainable, scalable, and high-performing applications.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development, with strong ownership of enterprise-scale applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Advanced backend development experience with Java 17+, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Cloud, and microservices architecture.
- Solid knowledge of REST APIs, OpenAPI/Swagger, JSON, and enterprise application integrations.
- Practical experience with Microsoft Azure, Docker, Kubernetes/AKS, Azure DevOps, Git, Maven or Gradle, and CI/CD practices.
- Strong database experience with PostgreSQL and/or SQL Server, along with Hibernate/JPA.
- Experience working effectively in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience with Camunda BPM and Drools Rule Engine is a plus.
- Healthcare, health insurance, or claims-processing experience is preferred.
- Experience building cloud-native, API-driven enterprise applications is highly desirable.
