What You Will Do
- Lead the design and development of user-centric interfaces using React and TypeScript.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features that improve user experience.
- Implement responsive design principles to ensure seamless functionality across various devices.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, focusing on performance metrics.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and enhance product usability.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 3–10 years of experience in frontend engineering, with a strong focus on UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in React and TypeScript, with a proven track record of building scalable web applications.
- Experience in collaborating with product managers and designers to deliver high-quality user experiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
