AI-Driven Engineering Culture:
We are actively building an AI-driven engineering organization with a clear and deliberate stance: artificial intelligence is a core part of how we build and deliver software — not an experiment, not a trend, and not an optional add-on.
AI is embedded into our engineering workflows, from system design and prototyping to refactoring, testing, and code review. We expect engineers to be fully comfortable working in AI-driven environments and to treat AI as a primary productivity multiplier. Strong engineering judgment, architectural ownership, and accountability remain essential—AI amplifies our engineers, it doesn’t replace responsibility for technical decisions
• Lead technical strategy and architecture for scalable CMS applications, establishing performance foundations for large-scale projects
• Drive frontend infrastructure optimization and Core Web Vitals improvements across multiple products
• Oversee code reviews and maintain high standards for code quality and maintainability
• Communicate technical concepts and progress effectively to product owners and non-technical stakeholders
• Continuously optimize development processes and workflows to enhance team productivity
• Collaborate with remote product management teams to deliver customer-facing web applications
• Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, and Next.js with App Router
• Extensive experience with internationalization (i18n) lifecycle for large-scale applications, including integration with translation management systems like Crowdin
• Proficiency with monorepo tools such as NX or Turborepo
• Experience integrating third-party APIs, analytics, and A/B testing solutions
• Proven track record with SEO optimizations and PageSpeed improvements (CLS, INP, etc.)
• Strong UI/UX skills with Figma and building responsive, consumer-facing web applications
