
The Lead Front Desk Associate will work alongside facility management to oversee the quality and success of the facility. This person will be responsible for educating and assisting customers, issuing rental equipment, billing guests, processing registrations, and assisting with concessions duties. They will also provide administrative and marketing support to the management team. This position is not eligible for remote work.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to stand, walk, sit, use hands and fingers, handle objects and office tools, reach, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, and hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The employee is exposed to an office and court environment, with noise levels usually moderate to quite loud.
