The Global Bio Development Lead FP&A will be responsible for driving financial planning, forecasting, reporting, analytics, and business partnering for the entire Global Biosimilar Development. Ensuring high-quality deliverables, standardization of processes, automation of reporting, and strong financial insights to support strategic decision-making

1. Financial Planning & Forecasting

  • Annual Budget process, Latest Outlooks (LOs), and periodic forecasting cycles

  • Partner with Global stakeholders (Corporate Finance, Manufacturing, Commercial) to get insights in order to drive results

  • Enhance existing and build robust and driver-based forecasting models to enhance planning reliability

2. Reporting & Performance Management

  • Lead the long term planning reporting process and monitoring

  • Deliver timely and accurate variance analysis with clear, actionable insights.

3. Analytics & Business Insights

  • Provide deep-dive analytics on costs centres, Biosimilar assets and functions

  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to support commercial growth strategies.

  • Support ad-hoc business projects and scenario modelling.

  • Ability to model and monitor both P&L, B/S and Cash lines in detail

4. Standardization, Automation & Process Excellence

  • Drive process standardization across regional FP&A activities and across CCO, D&R, BD&L and STO.

  • Implement automation tools and reporting enhancements (e.g., Power BI, VBA, digital FP&A solutions).

  • Strengthen governance and improve cycle times for planning and reporting processes.

5. Accruals, Provisions & Financial Controls

  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and maintain strong internal controls.

  • Support audits and financial reviews as required.

  • D&R and cash BD tracking within TGT or outlook planning

Qualifications & Experience

  • CA or MBA (Finance) from a recognized institution.

  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, Development Finance or financial management or controlling in a multinational environment (branded pharma, generics or fast-moving consumer goods industry preferred)

  • Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, forecasting, analytics, and financial modelling.

  • Proven ability to drive results, work across silos and cultures with strong leadership skills, optimal in matrix organization
