7+ years of software development experience, with 5+ years dedicated to production-grade Flutter & Dart apps.
Proven track record of leading technical teams and designing scalable state management (Bloc, Provider, or Riverpod).
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, automated testing, and DevOps integration.
