Lead Inventory Control Technician | Drive Accuracy. Lead the Floor. Power the Operation

LMG is seeking a Lead Inventory Control Technician to support warehouse operations and ensure inventory accuracy, efficient logistics, and compliance with company standards. This role is responsible for leading floor activity, coordinating equipment movement, and supporting the successful execution of live event operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Lead Inventory Control Technician, you will oversee daily floor operations, ensuring equipment is accurately handled, tracked, and prepared for client use.

• Floor Leadership – Coordinate and prioritize daily warehouse floor activities while supporting and guiding team members
• Safety and Compliance – Promote and enforce operational safety standards and clear communication across the team
• Loading and Receiving – Oversee the safe and accurate loading, unloading, and receiving of all equipment, including transfers and returns
• Shipment Verification – Monitor freight using manifests and packing lists to ensure all shipments are complete and damage-free
• Inventory Control – Ensure all equipment is scanned, tracked, and returned to the correct warehouse location
• Documentation Management – Maintain and organize shipping records including bills of lading, packing lists, and return documentation
• Logistics Coordination – Support timely and cost-effective transfers between LMG locations and monitor shipment status
• Dispatch Support – Assist in coordinating LMG and third-party drivers using schedules and operational documentation
• Warehouse Operations – Support overall warehouse flow, organization, and efficiency across all disciplines
• Driving Support – Perform non-CDL driving as needed to support operational requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 2 to 3 years of warehouse experience
• AV or live event industry experience preferred
• Forklift certification preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
