Now, we’re looking for a motivated and experienced Lead Floor Technician to help steer the warehouse engine that powers these world-class productions.

What You’ll Be Doing

As the Lead Floor Technician, you’ll manage warehouse activities, oversee team performance, and ensure every piece of gear hits the road show-ready.

✅ Floor Leadership – Supervise and support warehouse staff in daily logistics and project timelines
✅ Truck Loading & Receiving – Oversee the safe and accurate loading/unloading of trucks to meet show deadlines
✅ Equipment Handling – Track, scan, and verify returns—ensuring everything is accounted for and in show-ready condition
✅ Documentation Oversight – Prepare and maintain shipping paperwork, including packing lists, logs, and bills of lading
✅ Cross-Team Coordination – Communicate with Floor Managers, Project Coordinators, and Logistics teams for seamless operations
✅ Transfer & Delivery Management – Coordinate gear transfers across warehouse locations and perform non-CDL local driving duties
✅ Organization & Safety – Enforce safety protocols and maintain warehouse cleanliness and efficiency

What We’re Looking For

🔹 Proven leadership experience in warehouse or event production environments
🔹 Familiarity with AV equipment handling and logistics
🔹 Strong attention to detail and ability to track inventory and documentation
🔹 Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
🔹 Ability to drive locally and support last-mile gear transport (non-CDL required)
