Macadamia Farm Management

About Macadamia Farm Management

Since our beginning in the late 1980s, in response to an increasing demand for specialist, high-quality farm management services in the Macadamia industry, we have grown to become the industry leader in all aspects of cultivating Macadamias.

Today, we manage over 3 000 hectares and provide whole-farm management services to a variety of different clients, ranging from first-time to established local and international investors, family-operated farms, and global conglomerates who trust us to develop new orchards and to rejuvenate deteriorated ones to ensure consistent, above-average yields of exceptional quality.

We have also been able to form joint ventures with a variety of role players in the Macadamia industry that specialise in all aspects of the growth and the production of Macadamias, ranging from machinery - and asset-holding companies, to state-of-the-art sorting facilities.

Our continued investment towards our employees’ education and skills development makes us a multi-award-winning company that continues to be a pioneer in the industry, especially when it comes to technological inventions and research. Our experts participate in industry events, such as the annual Macadamia Symposium and other platforms that allow them to share their knowledge and inventions with the industry.

Aiming towards our goal to align commercial agriculture with nature, we implement a range of regenerative and sustainable practices, that range from restoring the natural habitats surrounding our orchards to biological pest – and weed control, improving soil health by increasing organic matter and carbon levels to improve microbial activity, and improving soil structure and water retention capacity, through planting a variety of cover crops. Through these practices, we have been able to restore several deteriorated orchards to ensure longevity and continued quality yields.

Macadamia Farm Management is synonymous with growth - whether we grow trees, ourselves, or our community!
