About The Job

Financial Planning Analyst is crucial role to support organizations by providing strategic financial leadership, insights, and analysis that enable organizations to make informed decisions, optimize resource allocation, and drive financial performance and business success.

• Work closely as a strategic and discussion partner with business and sales leaders by providing financial expertise and insights to support business growth achieve profitability targets

• Collaborate with department heads to allocate resources effectively and prioritize budget based on return of investment calculation, strategic objectives and budget constraints

• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to support decision-making

• Prepare and present regular financial reports, dashboards, and key financial metrics to senior management

• Monitor and analyze financial and operational performance metrics to track progress towards business goals and objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred

• Combined experience of minimum 2 years of experience in Advisory and 4 years Financial Planning and Analyst in hyper growth company

• Excellent analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail and the ability to translate data into actionable insights

• Solid understanding of financial concepts, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
