What impact you'll make?
As a member of Gas Power Global Supply Chain, the Lead Finance Specialist- FP&A Operations- SIOP is a key finance partner for the Global Supply Chain Material Management team as well as the Gas Power Services finance leadership. The role holder supports the management of the business's material demand and supply and translates these into financial outcomes.

What you’ll do

  • Run the Parts fulfillment side of the Services pacing process, ensuring alignment between finance and fulfillment teams
  • Connect the dots between Parts factory performance (budget attainment) and Services financial pacing and actuals, give a clear signal when part availability is the root cause of Services versus target variations
  • Provide financial support for Repairs’ SI&OP process, translate DMR & LOBs into COGS terms
  • Support the SI&OP leader on the Long-Range Forecast cycle (5-year outlook) and Budget cycle for Global Supply Chain capacity, translating forecasts into actionable financial strategies for Services
  • Utilize advanced technology and tools to enhance work efficiency, promoting the adoption of standard work practices (Power BI, Amp)
  • Lead and support LEAN and standardization projects in the SI&OP field, delivering high-impact financial analytics and controls that foster operational accountability

What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Finance, Accounting, Management, or related fields
  • Significant FP&A and Supply Chain Finance experience
  • Experience in planning cycles (LRF, Budgeting, Pacing)
  • Fluent English knowledge is essential

  • Excellent analytic skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (oral and written), interacting with multiple levels across the organization
  • Adaptable/Flexible: being open to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances
