Lead Finance Analyst
We are looking for a high‑impact Lead Finance Analyst to support and lead financial management for Co‑manufacturer (Co‑M) outsourced procurement operations. This role plays a critical interface between Finance, Outsourced Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, and external partners, with a strong focus on cost governance, audit excellence, and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate brings deep industry finance experience, strong external‑facing capabilities, and the confidence to challenge existing processes while driving practical, scalable solutions.
What you’ll do
Outsourced Procurement Cost & Financial Management
Lead financial oversight of outsourced procurement operations, ensuring strong cost control, transparency, and accurate visibility of key cost drivers
Lead analysis on manufacturing operation costs, identify risks and opportunities, and support cost optimization initiatives
Month‑End Closing, Financial Reporting & Budget Management
Independently own month‑end closing deliverables related to outsourced procurement operations
Prepare timely financial reports, variance analyses, and management insights to support business decision‑making
Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and financial policies
Audit, Governance & External Stakeholder Management
Serve as the key finance contact for internal and external audits covering outsourced procurement operation costs
Coordinate audit activities, respond to audit queries, and ensure timely closure of audit findings
Strengthen financial governance and risk management across outsourced procurement activities
Supplier Management Framework & Process Excellence
Enhance outsourced procurement supplier management frameworks from a financial governance perspective
Lead improvements in financial audit processes and cost compliance
Standardize claims handling processes and approval workflows, including clearly defined roles and responsibilities
Drive alignment and consistency across suppliers, regions, and internal stakeholders
Business Partnering & Continuous Improvement
Act as a trusted finance business partner to outsourced procurement team
Lead regular performance and cost review discussions with outsourced procurement team
Proactively challenge the status quo, proposing new ways of working to improve productivity, efficiency, and financial transparency
Support transformation initiatives, systems enhancements, and process automation efforts related to outsourced procurement finance
What you’ll need
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting
CPA / ACCA preferred
6–8 years of relevant industry finance experience, preferably within supply chain, manufacturing, or outsourced operations environments
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear business insights
Proven experience working with external partners, auditors, and cross‑functional internal teams
Confident communicator with strong influencing and stakeholder management capabilities
Proactive, resilient, and solutions‑oriented with a strong “can‑do” attitude and willingness to take on new challenges
