Job Description

Daniels Health is looking for a driven, customer-focused professional to join our team as a Lead Field Service Representative.

In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll partner closely with the Field Service Manager to support the day-to-day success of our field service team. From stepping in at customer sites when needed to overseeing product inspection and servicing within assigned hospitals or medical centers, you’ll play a key part in keeping operations running smoothly.

You’ll also act as a go-to resource for Field Service Representatives—offering guidance, coordinating support, and helping ensure exceptional service delivery at every touchpoint. Collaboration is at the heart of this role, as you work side by side with supervisors, drivers, operations teams, sales, and corporate partners to deliver the high-quality service Daniels is known for.

What will your job inolve?

    What You’ll Do

  • Step in and support field service representatives as needed, ensuring seamless coverage across customer sites
  • Travel to service locations as required, bringing flexibility and responsiveness to daily operations
  • Arrive prepared and on time in Daniels uniform, professionally checking in with EVS teams and accurately logging time through our system
  • Maintain a clean, organized staging area and ensure all service equipment is safe and fully operational
  • Perform scheduled inspections and servicing of containers throughout hospital facilities
  • Manage container exchanges efficiently—loading, transporting (up to 300 lbs via wheeled equipment), and restocking to keep workflows moving
  • Keep consistent communication with your Field Service Supervisor, providing updates on service progress, product quality, and any issues
  • Build relationships on-site by collaborating with nurses, EVS leaders, and other key stakeholders to meet evolving needs
  • Safely handle physical demands, including lifting containers up to 40 lbs
  • Leadership & Support Responsibilities

  • Serve as a go-to resource for field service representatives, helping resolve concerns quickly and effectively
  • Monitor service quality and provide hands-on coaching and training to elevate team performance
  • Deliver training to clinical staff across both standard and premium customer accounts
  • Be ready to step in during service emergencies across the state, ensuring continuity and reliability
  • Conduct ride-alongs or shadowing to reinforce service excellence and consistency
  • Perform waste audits to support compliance and continuous improvement efforts
  • Lead or support new customer installations, helping set the foundation for long-term success

  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with both internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Experience in a hands-on, physically demanding role
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred
  • Comfortable working in a hospital environment, providing an essential frontline service
  • Willingness to perform physical tasks, including occasional heavy lifting
  • No healthcare experience required — we provide full training and support
