We're hiring experienced finance leaders to join our team as Senior F&I Managers. In this role, you'll play a key part in driving F&I performance, developing sales teams, and ensuring a consistent, compliant customer experience across the dealership. You'll work closely with Sales Managers and Customer Specialists to improve performance, execute F&I strategies, and help develop the next generation of leaders within our stores.

Who We're Looking For
If you're an experienced F&I or Sales Manager who knows how to balance financial performance, customer experience, and team development, keep reading.
We're looking for a leader who can make sound financial decisions in a fast-paced environment, coach others to improve their performance, and hold a team accountable to high standards. You'll be involved in everything from deal structure and credit interviews to F&I performance tracking, compliance, training, and action planning.
The right person doesn't just know F&I — they know how to teach it, lead it, and make it better You'll work side-by-side with managers and Customer Specialists, provide daily and weekly training, support new manager onboarding, and help underperforming team members build the skills they need to succeed.
The Opportunity
As a Senior F&I Manager, you'll help develop and execute the overall F&I strategy for your dealership. You'll influence performance, coach and develop team members, ensure compliance with company policies, and stay actively involved in deals throughout the F&I process.
