Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced facilitator to lead comprehensive training sessions on digital mindset, innovation, adaptability and digital trends. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both Data Interpretation and Data Analysis Tools and Techniques. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to engage participants of various skill levels.

Responsibilities:

1. Deliver simulation-based training sessions on Digital mindset and Data analysis to mid to senior-level sales staff in the Banking Industry.
2. Utilize real-life examples and case studies to enhance learning and provide practical insights.
3. Adapt training materials to suit the specific needs and objectives of the client organization.
4. Engage participants through interactive activities and discussions to ensure active participation and learning retention.
5. Provide constructive feedback and coaching to participants to help them develop and apply new skills effectively.
6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve training content and delivery methods.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in delivering training programs related to Digital mindset, digital culture, and change management, within the BFSI sector.
2. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire participants.
3. Ability to adapt training content and delivery methods to suit the needs of diverse audiences.
4. Experience in facilitating simulation-based training programs is highly desirable.
5. Relevant certifications or qualifications in training and development are a plus.
