As a Lead Event Server, you will play a meaningful role in bringing some of life’s most memorable occasions to life - from elegant weddings and celebratory galas to intimate gatherings and large-scale corporate events set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Canadian Rockies.
As a Lead Event Server, you will guide and support the Event Services team on the floor while leading by example through professionalism, care, and attention to detail. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, take pride in elevated service, and enjoy creating warm and welcoming experiences for every guest.

What You Bring
• Experience in banquets, events, or high-volume service environments
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in hospitality is considered an asset.
• Deep understanding of service flow, timing, and guest experience
• Ability to remain composed, solution-focused, and adaptable under pressure
• Alberta ProServe Certificate required
Bonus If You Bring
• Previous experience in luxury hotel events or fine dining banquets
• Mentorship experience or a passion for training service teams
• Knowledge of food and beverage pairings, wine, or cocktail service
• Expertise in high-volume, multi-course event execution
