About the location:

Located on the southeastern coast of the pristine island of Lāna’i, lies the secluded retreat of Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i, an oceanfront destination offering travelers a curated, personalized island escape. WHAT YOU’LLDO

HawanawanaSpa invites you to join our team asaLeadEsthetician, where you will oversee all aspects ofthe facial and skincare programs while delivering exceptional treatments thatalign with the brand's luxury standards. This dual role includes performingadvanced skincare treatments, supervising the aesthetics team,maintainingtreatment protocols, and ensuring the spaoperatesat the highest level ofexcellence You will also play a vital role in fostering a collaborative andprofessional environment while supporting the achievement of financial andservice-related goalsResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Skincare Excellence

  • Deliver personalized, high-quality facial treatments and aestheticservices that exceed guest expectations.

  • Maintain current knowledge of skincare techniques, products, andindustry trends to ensure innovative and effective treatments.

  • Promote retail products and educate guests on personalized skincareroutines to enhance results.

Leadership & Team Management

  • Supervise and mentor a team of aestheticians, fostering a supportiveandcollaborativework environment.

  • Conduct training sessions tomaintainand elevate service quality andteamexpertise

  • Evaluate aestheticians regularly to ensure adherence to serviceprotocols and quality standards.

  • Develop team schedules, ensuring adequate coverage to meet guestdemand and operational efficiency.

Operational Management

  • Oversee inventory levels for skincare supplies and retail products,creatingpurchase orders as needed.

  • Write and update treatment protocols to ensure consistency andexcellencein service delivery.

  • Conduct regular spa walkthroughs to ensure treatment rooms areproperly equipped, clean, and meet operational standards.

Guest Experience

  • Act as a point of contact for guest feedback, addressing concerns withprofessionalismand care.

  • Recommend and promote new treatments and services based on guestpreferences and industry trends.

  • Create a welcoming and serene environment for every guest interaction.

WHAT TOBRING

  • Successful candidate mustpossesslegal work authorization in United States

  • Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card

  • Ability to stand for extended periods,lift upto30lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts

  • Weekend and Holiday availability required

  • Hawaii State License asanEsthetician

  • A minimum of3years of experience working as a certified esthetician in a luxury spa or wellness environment, preferably with at least 1 year ofsupervisoryexperience

  • Strong understanding of high-quality spa service experiences and skincare techniques.

  • Ability tooperateand maintain all facial equipment to the highest standards.
