
Job Title: Lead English as a Second Language (ESL) Instructor
Job Status: Full-time
Under limited supervision, the Lead English as a Second Language (ESL) Instructor uses intermediate skills obtained through experience and training to lead a group of instructors in the education of adults in which English is not their primary language. Directs the creation of lesson plans designed to teach verbal and written skills needed and observes classroom instructions. Directs day-to-day activities of other instructors using established policies and procedures and sets priorities to ensure task completion. Resolves escalated issues and problems and refers new or unusual issues to a higher level. Routine contact with internal and external customers is required to obtain, clarify or provide facts and information.
