The Role:

The Lead Enterprise Sales role involves leading and managing the enterprise sales team to drive business growth and achieve sales targets. The role requires a strategic approach to expand market presence and foster long-term relationships with key enterprise clients.

The Lead Enterprise Sales is responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with enterprise clients. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, managing a sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction while aligning with company goals and objectives.

Your Contribution:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Lead and mentor the enterprise sales team to enhance performance and productivity.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Manage the sales pipeline and forecast sales performance.
- Conduct regular meetings with sales teams to review progress and address challenges.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits and manage complex sales cycles
- Provide insights to senior management on market trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Manage and lead a high-performing sales team focused on enterprise clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
