Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

> Experience in Design & Development of plastic trim components.
> Demonstrate knowledge, skills, and the ability to generate proposals.
> Demonstrates ability to gather information for generating concepts. Generates and analyses multiple concepts /proposals to resolve build/Gnova -C concerns.
> Part analysis on checking fixture and master to achieve craftsmanship targets on vehicle
> Proven problem solving with First principles thinking and strong communication skills
> Good understanding of standard manufacturing processes of plastic components/subsystem.
> Part analysis on checking fixture and master to achieve craftsmanship targets on vehicle.

Competencies:

> Knowledge in current Automobile trends & Passionate to work with cross functional team to deliver DOEs and robust solutions
> Focuses on sustaining strong relationships and encourages self/ team work well with all interfaces / other departments
> Behaves in an authentic manner and is able to develop trust and energy in his/her team members
>Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

Experience

15+ years of relevant experience in Trims

Industry Preferred

Auto OEM

Qualifications

BE/ME/M-Tech - Mechanical / Automobile / Aeronautical Engineering
