Responsible for designing a component, feature or transmission structure. Works positively and attends NPI to delivery a new product with across function team. You will also contribute to solve design issues and improve product quality.

• Exploring multiple design options for the mechanical component and assembly detail design with 3D CAD models;
• Developing innovative designs to meet all requirements for performance, reliability, cost and manufacturability;
• Developing engineering design concepts for components and electromechanical assemblies that have tough requirements for size, precision, reliability and cost;
• Developing and maintaining mechanical subsystem quality as well as the quality of integration of these designs into the complete system with following GEHC quality procedure;
• Developing smart transmission structure drove by the motor;
• Validating product sub-system reliability performance;
• Conducting analysis of in-field products or new products reliability using FMEA, DFR tools
