Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an ABET accredited program
8 years related work experience.
A Master's degree in Engineering will be considered in lieu of the B.S. Engineering degree.
PE is Required
Skilled in engineering theories and principles
Skilled in the practices of researching engineering and design issues, evaluating alternatives, making sound recommendations and preparing and presenting recommendations.
Good written and oral communication skills.
Skilled principles of project management.
Experience in the utility industry.
Department specific experience applicable to the hiring department.
Ability to read and follow Emerson Ovation, Siemens T-3000 and GE Mk VI logic.
Ability to read and follow electrical/mechanical prints and diagrams.
Experience with electrical equipment such as industrial breakers, transformers, PLC, pressure and temperature transmitters.
Experience in power generation industry, including Combined Cycle, Simple Cycle and Combined Heat and Power (CHP) generation.
Demonstrated troubleshooting experience and skills.
Operations and Maintenance experience.
Must have obtained Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an ABET accredited program and PE
Minimum of 8 years of engineering experience
Nuclear may require either Professional Engineer registration, a Masters Degree in a technical discipline, SRO certification, an RO or SRO license, or Technical Nuclear certification.
A Master's degree in Engineering will be considered in lieu of the B.S. Engineering degree.
