As a Lead Engineer in Customer Application Engineering, you will be a key technical architect of our commercial success in Indonesia and the broader region. You will bridge the gap between customer needs and GE Vernova’s technical capabilities by developing high-quality, cost-competitive technical offers. Your mission is to safeguard cost accuracy while providing innovative solutions—ranging from simple spare parts to complex turnkey retrofits—that help our customers maintain and modernize the critical infrastructure required to electrify and decarbonize the world.

In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end technical tendering process. You will:
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Production) OR a High School Diploma with significant relevant technical experience.
Experience: 5–8 years of relevant experience in technical tendering, application engineering, or field services, preferably within the Power Generation or Grid industries.
Technical Expertise: Specific knowledge in Transformer repair, commissioning, and testing (either from a field service or proposals background).
Tools: High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for costing and proposal generation.
Language: Must be professionally fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and spoken) to navigate local and international stakeholder environments.
