Job Description

What you’ll do:

  • Experience on Electrical Components, devices like transformers, connectivity and switchgear components and awareness of supplier qualifications for technical aspects.
  • Strong knowledge for electrical products, materials design, alternates and manufacturing processes.
  • Hands on experience on technical compliance agreements with supplier .
  • Product application standards IS/IEC and UL.
  • FMEA, PPAP, VA methodology and implementation in new product designs.
  • Experience of validation, verifications and certifications for electrical products be capable in product process, testing and validation activities.
  • Ability to redesign or alternate design as per specific customer requirements.
  • Lead multiple projects or activities for VAVE with faster and smoother exectution to meet business need or customer goals.
  • Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Additional specialized knowledge for batteries, relays, electronics components.

Required:
1. Strong knowledge in Finding out gaps for electrical cost out (VAVE) - Switchgear components, connectivity, transformer-magnetics, Creating cost out proposals.
2. Product Testing.Setup Creations.
3. Good interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.

Qualifications:

Required:

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering / Electronics (with cost out experience), preferred with Master's in Electrical engineering

Total relevant work experience: 10-13 years.
