Egon Zehnder is one of the world’s foremost leadership and talent consultancies. Our firm provides senior-level executive search, board search, advisory, CEO succession, family business advisory, as well as leadership assessment and development to the world’s most respected organizations. With more than 600 consultants in 71 offices and 37 countries, we work closely with public and private corporations, family-owned enterprises, and nonprofit and government agencies to help them define great leadership in the face of changing economic conditions, emerging opportunities, and evolving business goals.
Digital IT enables Egon Zehnder’s global business by delivering secure, scalable and client-centered technology solutions across the Firm. The function partners closely with consultants, experts, executive assistants and corporate functions to improve collaboration, modernize business workflows, strengthen data and platform capabilities, and support the Firm’s broader digital transformation agenda.
As a global function, Digital IT brings together product, platform, security, infrastructure, collaboration technology, functional technology and digital success capabilities. Its work directly supports the Firm’s ability to operate as One Firm, deliver high-quality client service, and adopt emerging technologies responsibly.
The GenAI & Collaboration Technology Products team is central to Egon Zehnder’s shift toward a Copilot-first collaboration technology model. The team helps colleagues use Microsoft 365 Copilot and related GenAI-enabled tools in practical, responsible and business-relevant ways, ensuring that new capabilities are translated into meaningful improvements in everyday work.
The team’s priorities include scaling Copilot adoption, developing high-value business-led agents and prompts, productizing validated use cases, and building GenAI capabilities across diverse global teams in the Firm.
The Business Agent Engineer will join the GenAI & Collab Tech Products team within Digital-IT to help accelerate Egon Zehnder’s shift towards a Copilot-first Collaboration Technology model. The role will focus on translating high-value business use cases into practical Microsoft 365 Copilot solutions, including prompts, Lite Agents, and Copilot Studio Agents. This role directly supports the team’s ambition to scale Copilot adoption, develop business-led agents, and package validated use cases for firmwide rollout through go.transform.
This is a 100% Collab Tech role. Candidates may come from a technical background or from the Egon Zehnder business community, but they must be motivated to move into Digital-IT and work as part of a technology product team. The ideal candidate combines strong business understanding, structured thinking, and a pragmatic builder mindset with curiosity for AI, automation, Microsoft 365, Copilot, and low-code technologies.
The role sits between business and technology. It requires someone who can understand real workflows from Consultants, Experts, Executive Assistants, and functional teams, then translate those workflows into scalable, reusable Copilot solutions.
