The Lead Controls & Protection Design Engineer is responsible for the Complete Engineering related to Protection and control panel, CTVT adequacy check, Relay setting calculation and complete GEV product knowledge of full range of Protection relay products in the Protection & Controls Services Business portfolio. As well as Internal/External reporting: Lead controls & Protection Design Engineer may report to the Project Manager, Customer (Main contractor), client, the plant/utility owner, and the construction firm, giving daily or weekly updates on job progress or as needed. Responsible for reviewing Inputs from customer, engineering documents. Support and close coordination with Factory for the protection panel integration and FAT. Support the Sales & Tendering team in product selection and offer preparation. Planning of resources for the project Engineering, required software and license for engineering work related. Support the site team for the engineering related work and close project work. Share the ROE with respective teams.
