We build our own software because tightly integrated software lets us run the best events in the world. Our software helps attendees prepare, find relevant people and activities, and make connections.
As Lead Engineer for our attendee-facing web app, you'll shape how people prepare for and get the most from Web Summit. You'll lead a small team alongside a product manager and designer, own the technical work and line-manage the engineers, with around 60% of your time writing code.

At our headquarters in Dublin, Ireland – and in Portugal, Canada, Qatar, Brazil and many more locations around the world – incredible engineers, developers, producers, designers, marketers and salespeople come together to create unique global events.
In Europe, North America, South America, Asia and the Middle East, we are builders of world-class global technology festivals. Our events take on the flavour of their surroundings, while still retaining the successful framework we've fine-tuned over the years.
