TheLeadApplications Engineer inLMCApplications teamto providetechnical supportforLiquid Filtration/Purification Applications focused on Photolithography and related Applications.Primarilythis includes new product testing to supportnewproduct developmentand existing product testing to support customer needs.The personwillbe responsible forcommunicating findings tothe productmanagement and R&D Organizations.In addition, the candidate willbe responsible forleading applicationmethodsdevelopment and testing in support of a broad range of new liquid filtration & purification products used in fabrication of semiconductorsYou will work in a very dynamic international environment with a talented team of engineers and scientistsThe ideal candidate is an independent thinker that has semiconductor Fab experience in wet or lithography areas as a process or tool engineer with a desire to solve challenging tasks

TheLeadApplicationsEngineerwillbe alsoresponsible forPhotolithography Liquid Filtration/PurificationApplications. Primarily this includes Plan/Design/Schedule/Conducting experiments relevant to support applications area, collaborating with Strategic Leading-Edge Semiconductor companies and Chemical Manufacturers to develop DOE that can show the capability of Entegris products.

He/Shewill ensure that the activities providehigh levelsof customersatisfactionsby working closelywith Product/Project Management.

In this role you will:

• Liquid Filtration/Purification on Photolithography Applications

• Work withBULithoteam and join Technology Development Projects SupportRDteam to develop next Gen photo filtration and purification products. Conduct application testing tovalidatethe performanceat each stage

• Collaborate with Strategic leading-edge Semiconductor and Chemical Manufacturer to develop DOE that can show the capability of Entegris Products in the Applications.

• Identifyand feedback new Product ideas.

• Provide the returned filter analysisSupport the customer with trouble shooting help and understanding the results of the returned filter analysis.

• Support other Organizations to provide the understanding, requirements, and role of Entegris products in the applications.

• Work closely with New Product Development and Marketing to ensure Product Requirements are realized through specific application testing and method development

• Support New Product Introduction throughout the Staged Gate process by executing the requiredapplicationstesting deliverables

• Support Marketing and Sales withCustomersrequests

• Understand and share market and industry roadmaps to provide insightful data ahead of product requirements

• Research and understand competitive products and technologies

• Transfer ofknowledge and capabilities to Research, Development, Engineering and Marketing teams

• Work with R&D,Engineeringand Product Managers to generate detailed reports, datapackagesand technical papers to support the performance of new products

• As a project leader, drive ambiguouspointto clarity while providing action plans/recommendations todeliver oncomplex, difficult, and sometimes under-defined goals

• Analyze requests vs existing technology to assess technical feasibility, cost,time and required resources to complete projects

• Champion Entegris technology leadership byparticipatinginconferences andpublishtechnical papers

• Bachelor orMasterdegree in related technical discipline (Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science)and 5+years’ experienceispreferred.

• Knowledge of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering principles (fluid flow, masstransferand heat transfer) isdesired;

• Experience in semiconductor Fab processes and specifically in lithography processes ispreferred;

• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting capabilitiesaredesired;

• Ability to convey ideas and conclusions with dataisa must– strong knowledge of SPC, Minitab,Excel;

• Knowledge of filtration and associated equipment is aplus;

• Some travel (domestic & international) should be expected.
