  • Partner with Aero product line, services engineering, sourcing, parts operations, planning, and commercial teams to clarify requirements, resolve technical questions, and remove process blockers.

  • Identify opportunities to standardize Aero parts set-up and RSPL processes, reduce rework, improve workflow transparency, and shorten cycle time.

  • Create and maintain standard work, training material, and knowledge assets that enable consistent execution across Aero Configuration Management activities.

What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications):

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, mathematics, computer science, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Relevant experience in configuration management, services engineering, parts engineering, design engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a closely related technical field.

  • Knowledge of PLM and ERP systems, workflow tools, and how parts data moves from engineering definition to orderable part readiness.

  • Ability to read engineering drawings, specifications, bill of materials structures, cut-sheets, and supplier or manufacturer data to support accurate part identification.

  • Professional proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate clearly across global teams and functions.

What will make you stand out:

The following experiences are helpful, but not required. We encourage candidates to apply even if they do not meet every preferred qualification.

  • Experience with Aero fleet products, such as LM2500, LM6000, or other Aero product lines, including engine and package differences and service parts usage.

  • Hands-on experience with Echo ERP for Aero parts set-up, part status checks, part updates, or related ERP workflow activities.

  • Experience creating, reviewing, or maintaining Recommended Spare Parts Lists, service parts lists, or similar spare parts planning deliverables.

  • Ability to work across engineering, sourcing, product line, parts operations, commercial, and services teams to resolve technical and process questions.

  • Ability to manage details, follow through on commitments, and balance priorities across multiple stakeholders.

  • Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to simplify complex processes and build practical standard work for global users.
