Responsibilities

• Drive the development and industrialization of After-Sales Engineering components and solutions.
• Coordinate and secure deliverable convergence to meet critical project milestones and development targets.
• Act as the key representative of the domain in cross-functional project teams and management committees.
• Prepare and present consolidated status reports, analyses, and executive summaries for the assigned scope of activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field, with experience in component or product development within an engineering environment.
• Strong understanding of product development processes and project lifecycle management, including development milestones, deliverables, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Experience collaborating with suppliers and knowledge of development and industrialization processes (TOPRO knowledge is considered a strong asset).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and reporting skills, with the ability to lead meetings, define action plans, and monitor their execution.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with strong teamwork, multitasking, and stakeholder management abilities in a multicultural environment; proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Outlook.
• Fluency in English is required, while French is an advantage.
