Java Full Stack Developer (5–8 Years Experience)
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Full Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a professional with strong full‑stack development experience using React, TypeScript, HTML/CSS on the front end and Java Spring Boot / Node.js (Express), Microservices on the back end. The required candidate will have hands-on experience in developing scalable, highperformance applications, along with proficiency in relational databases, CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks. Familiarity with AWS and modern DevOps practices will be an added advantage. Experience with event-driven architecture while working with platforms such as Kafka, SNS/SQS is also valuable. In addition, front-end development experience is required, with a preference for ReactJS or AngularJS. The candidate will be expected to contribute to front-end development as a core part of their role.
Key Responsibilities
⦁ Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using Spring Boot / Node.js (Express) and Microservices architecture.
⦁ Build and implement RESTful APIs, ensuring efficient communication and integration across services.
⦁ Develop, optimize, and maintain database schemas and queries for MySQL and PostgreSQL.
⦁ Apply object-oriented principles and design patterns to deliver clean, modular, and maintainable code.
⦁ Develop and maintain front-end applications using ReactJS or AngularJS, working closely with UI/UX designers to deliver seamless user experiences.
⦁ Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Git, and Maven/Gradle.
⦁ Write, execute, and maintain unit and integration tests using frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito.
⦁ Collaborate with QA, DevOps, Product Management, and other cross-functional teams.
⦁ Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting issues, and perform application performance tuning.
⦁ Stay up to date with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
⦁ Ability to debug, analytical skills, prod support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
⦁ 5–8 years of strong full‑stack development experience using React, TypeScript, HTML/CSS on the front end and Java Spring Boot / Node.js (Express) on the back end
⦁ Strong proficiency in Core Java (Collections, Multithreading, Exception Handling, Streams, etc.).
⦁ Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Microservices architecture.
⦁ Solid understanding of RESTful services and API design principles.
⦁ Design and development of RESTful APIs, supporting integration across applications and services
⦁ High proficiency with relational databases (MySQL and PostgreSQL), including SQL / PL‑SQL, data modeling, and query optimization
⦁ Experience with front-end development using ReactJS or AngularJS. The candidate must be able to contribute to front-end coding, troubleshooting, and collaboration with UI/UX teams.
⦁ Hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins), GitHub source control, and Maven build and dependency management
⦁ Familiarity with core application engineering practices, including logging, error handling, security (authentication/authorization), and performance considerations
⦁ Exposure to scalable and cloud‑friendly components, such as Redis (caching) and BI/reporting tools like Amazon Quick Sight (preferred)
⦁ Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, and a willingness to learn new technologies
⦁ Proficiency in unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito).
⦁ Good understanding of software design principles and common design patterns.
⦁ Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
⦁ Familiarity with AWS services (ECS, EKS, EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda) is a plus.
⦁ Leveraging AI productivity tools such as Github Co-pilot.
⦁ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
