Job Title: Lead Engineer – .Net (Data Strategy & Engineering)

We are hiring a Lead Engineer – .Net to drive development and delivery within the Data Strategy & Engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable software platforms/products using Microsoft technologies and NoSQL solutions (ElasticSearch preferred).
  • Analyse business and technical problems and deliver effective solutions independently. [
  • Participate in full product lifecycle: requirements, development, deployment, and documentation.
  • Ensure code quality through reviews, testing alignment, and best practices.

Leadership & Technical Skills

  • Mentor and coach team members; drive code reviews and engineering best practices.
  • Collaborate with Product, QA, UX and cross-functional teams for timely delivery. [
  • Strong understanding of Agile (Scrum/Kanban), CI/CD and release management.
  • Hands-on experience in .NET Core (6+), C#, ASP.NET, Angular (16+), HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Experience with Elasticsearch / NoSQL (Logstash, Kibana preferred).
  • Strong SQL Server skills (queries, stored procedures) with exposure to MySQL.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualification

  • BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech/MS in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 5–7 years of hands-on software development experience.
