职位职责 / Job Responsibilities
· 主导无刷直流电机（BLDC）/永磁同步电机（PMSM）/空心杯电机的驱动系统开发，包括三环PID优化、FOC算法实现、SVPWM调制。
· 设计功率驱动电路、栅极驱动、三相逆变桥、电流采样及电源管理，支持灵巧手多关节高精度同步控制。
· 开发MCU底层驱动、通信协议（CAN/CANFD/EtherCAT）、编码器接口，确保实时性、低延迟、低噪声。
· 参与灵巧手样机调试、EMC/EMI兼容性优化、功耗/热管理、产线可靠性验证。
· 与上位机/控制/AI团队协作，实现驱动层与ROS2及AI模型的无缝对接。
· 与机械，控制协作完成竞品分析，实测缺陷修复，传感器融合，高级控制功能等。
